Plant operator (dozer) — Monroe County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Monroe County, Georgia. You will be based on a road construction project. Day to day you will clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; refuel the machine and record running hours. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
