Bakery assistant wanted in Oguta

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Oguta, Imo State. You will be based at a cake shop. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Pay around ₦12,500 per day, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
