The role involves backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Part-time with flexible hours.
