Counter butcher wanted in Warji

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Warji, Bauchi State. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
