Immediate opening: we are hiring a protective coatings painter in Preble County, Ohio. You will be based on a residential building site. Day to day you will carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns. You should have: • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
