Banquet server wanted in Cedar County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Cedar County, Iowa. You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
