Shakeout operator • Okpe, Delta State

Now hiring: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Okpe, Delta State. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. You should have: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Day-to-day duties: • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together Full-time with occasional weekends.
