Dough maker wanted in Shendam

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Shendam, Plateau State. You will work at a busy bakery. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. ₦270,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
