Captain waiter — Moore County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Moore County, Texas. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Day-to-day duties: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
