Pastry baker wanted in Hemphill County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Hemphill County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
