Captain waiter wanted in Stirling

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in Stirling, Scotland. You will work in a coffee shop. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Day to day you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
