Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Ilorin West, Kwara State. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
