Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant The role involves: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
