Immediate opening: confectioner (Katsina State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a confectioner in Kaita, Katsina State. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate We offer ₦190,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
