Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Owo, Ondo State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
