Tower crane operator — Pulaski County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Pulaski County, Illinois. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger What we are looking for: • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals 4+ years on the tools preferred.
