Urgent requirement: we are hiring a door supervisor in Leh, Ladakh. You should bring height and weight as per security norms; clean police verification with no criminal record; willing to work rotating day and night shifts. Your main tasks: • Operate the metal detector and hand-held scanner at the door • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Monitor the CCTV screens in the control room • Control crowds and manage queues at events and entry gates • Operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block Rotating shifts.
