Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Six days a week, one day off.
