Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Marshall County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain Six days a week, one day off.
