Canteen cook • Franklin County, Massachusetts

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Franklin County, Massachusetts. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Day-to-day duties: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
