Powder coating technician • Lamb County, Texas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Lamb County, Texas. The job is at a powder coating unit. Day to day you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
