Gantry crane operator wanted in Harris County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Harris County, Texas. The role involves: • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Part-time with flexible hours.
