Meat cutter wanted in Ikere

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ikere, Ekiti State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Rotating shifts.
