Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Huron County, Michigan. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
