We are recruiting: we are hiring an estate gardener in Yamhill County, Oregon. You will work on a golf course. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers You will apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
