Immediate opening: we are hiring a laundry presser in Volusia County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Give each garment a final press before packing • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number Ideal candidate: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Full-time with occasional weekends.
