Bread and bun maker wanted in Wise County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Wise County, Texas. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
