Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Marion County, Florida. The role involves: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker Part-time with flexible hours.
