Powder coating technician — Kaltungo

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Kaltungo, Gombe State. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
