Join our team: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Hardin County, Texas. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. The role involves season and marinate meat on request; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
