Great opportunity: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Benton County, Washington. You will work in a smash repair workshop. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench On a typical shift you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting.
