Butcher — Ahiazu-Mbaise

Now hiring: we are hiring a butcher in Ahiazu-Mbaise, Imo State. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
