You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Your main tasks: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
