Fine-dining server — Egbado South

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Egbado South, Ogun State. The role involves: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Requirements: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Full-time with occasional weekends.
