Vacancy available: oven operator (Utah)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Kane County, Utah. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience.
