Meat trimmer wanted in Madison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Madison County, Virginia. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Six days a week, one day off.
