Meat cutter wanted in Aiyedade

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Aiyedade, Osun State. The job is in a supermarket meat department. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
