The role involves season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date. Ideally you have quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths; comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers; 2+ years experience working as a butcher. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Pay around ₹1,550 per day, based on your experience.
