House painter — Kent

We are recruiting: we are hiring a house painter in Kent, England. The job is on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day Day to day you will mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around £105 per day, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
