We are recruiting: electrostatic spray painter (Uttar Pradesh)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideally you have comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth; able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens; keen eye for finish quality and surface defects. The role involves: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Rotating shifts.
