Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Clay County, Missouri. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
