Restaurant steward wanted in Franklin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Franklin County, Nebraska. The job is in a quick-service restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Rotating shifts.
