Abattoir worker — Kware

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Kware, Sokoto State. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
