Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Weld County, Colorado. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
