Great opportunity: sausage maker (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Bleckley County, Georgia. On a typical shift you will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Rotating shifts.
