Furniture maker wanted in Harper County

Now hiring: we are hiring a furniture maker in Harper County, Oklahoma. The job is at a shopfitting company. Your main tasks: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together What we are looking for: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Full-time with occasional weekends.
