We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Brown County, Ohio. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights.
