We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Webster County, Missouri. On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
