What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day-to-day duties: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Part-time with flexible hours.
