Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
